HQed in Martinsville, Virginia the customer is a state-chartered community bank with $4.0 billion in total assets and locations throughout Virginia and North Carolina offering branch banking, commercial and mortgage services since 1947.
Problem
The customer largely was performing all processes manually. This in turn led to to human errors despite the high operational costs. All this resulted in moderate customer service. The customer wanted to bring in automation processes into their traditional system
The Intellekt Approach
We implemented RPA for the customer’s requirement using WorkFusion tool with 10 Engineers. Once we understood the and identification the potential workflows, we strategized it for intelligent automation. Since it is an evolution, we sat along with the customer to go through a process of prioritization and implementation. This involved some complex process as well. We executed an end-to-end implementation.
Result From The Customer
Automate about 70-100 business processes in total. Continuous improvements were achieved as the bots got stabilized over time. Significant elimination of repetitive tasks and taken over by bots, allowing employees to focus on priority tasks. Customer could reduce the operating expense by 2.5 Mn USD approx. and replaced 50 of his own work staff to do move cognitive work.
