The customer wanted an experienced partner to handle data collection of voice data samples in Indian accents. Depending upon their end customer requirement they could define the task to us and we have executed the same.
Approach
Intellekt built a large team with about 53 resources to do the following. Each of the task is a different task. Speech Dialog Collection, Native Hindi Recording, IVR & Dialog Collection, Transcription Report, Crowdsourcing, Platform Training, Recording Voice and Quality Submissions.
Results
The output is over 600k voice sample collection per month to train voice-enabled software applications at an accuracy of 97.9%!
